Came in to have oil changed and tires rotated. Had a tire checked for a slow leak that has been happening. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and the Service tech kept me informed as to what was happening.

They were kind, took me in right away! First time there so I don’t have much to go on!

While waiting on my truck to get finished. The service manager dropped the f bomb several times in his conversations with his staff. I don’t expect my wife to have to hear that.

I needed a gear shift replaced, they said it would be Tuesday but I needed it done asap. Due to an appointment I had to go to on Monday and because parking in Pittsburgh is valet parking I didn’t want anyone that could not stop the engine from running. So I have to think Ryan in the service department for making sure I had no problems in Pittsburgh. Ryan to me went over and above I want to thank him and the repairman who did my work thank ryou also
